Using delay in place of reverb.

Is it a delay or a reverb?

Today, we are checking out a great room-style reverb sound that can be achieved using the Two Medicine Delay. We’re also going to be using Mint Drive to give us a nice edge of break up tone. Let’s go!

Secret weapon.

Two Medicine is perfect for producing long and lush repeats, but its also capable of convincing room reverb tones. To achieve this we set the time control below nine o’clock and the feedback just below noon. What you’re left with is a lively, room reverb that is easy to control and jumps out in a mix.

Works well in tight quarters.

If you’re having a hard time squeezing all those effects onto your board, Two Medicine is a great way to consolidate and get a lot of versatility in a compact package. With it’s ability to save and instantly recall presets, the room-style reverb is just one of many incredible sounds to be found with Two Medicine.

Let’s make some noise!

Now that we’ve explored the possible, let’s go and create the impossible. Visit here for Two Medicine and here for Mint Drive.
