Midnight

Phaser

Analog phaser with tap and ramp capability.

  • Analog design, digital control.

  • JFET-based phaser.

  • Built for the explorer.

Story of Midnight

  • The Midnight is a tribute to my Blackfeet (Amsskaapi Piikuni) heritage and dedication to my father who passed in 2017.

  • As midnight marks the end of one day and the beginning of another, the passing of a loved also marks a period of transition.

  • The Midnight features a teepee that was used by the Blackfeet and other nomadic tribes for its protection and mobility.

  • Like the teepee, the memories of our loved ones remain to protect us as we continue our journey.

Details

  • Midnight

The Midnight is a JFET-based phaser pedal that expands on traditional analog phaser design.

The intuitive user-interface includes mix, feedback, and depth controls to create a warm, analog phaser experience. The Midnight uses digital controls to offer five global waveforms for both tap and ramp modes.

Tap mode offers tap tempo functionality with four subdivisions. Ramp mode allows the user to set slow and fast phasing speeds and accelerate between the two, emulating a classic rotary speaker cabinet.

  • Features

Analog JFET-based phaser with handpicked transistors that provide vintage phaser sounds.

    ● Intuitive interface with mix, feedback, depth, and mode controls for custom phaser tones.

    ● Tap mode with multiple sub-divisions to sync the phaser speed to the tempo of your song.

    ● Ramp mode alternates between two selectable phase speeds, creating endless phaser options.

    ● Smart switching system that provides standard on/off latching and momentary operation.

    ● Top-mounted instrument and power jacks to save pedal board space.

    ● Buffered-bypass design to optimize signal integrity with any instrument cable length.
